In this talk, Several two-level methods, which include two-level, improve two-level and iterative two-level, are designed and analyzed for solving nonsymmetric or indefinite problems that are dominated by some SPD(symmetric positive definite ) problems. The two-level methods use only the same coarse spaces as the traditional two-grid methods, but its “fine spaces” use the higher order finite element space under the coarse grid. Therefore, the two-level algorithms only need one grid, and achieve the same convergence order of the traditional two-grid algorithms require less time. At last. Numerical experiments are implemented to support the theoretical results, especially.

钟柳强,华南师范大学教授、博士生导师。主要从事偏微分方程数值求解中的多水平法的设计分析、自适应有限元法理论及其应用。曾先后获得国际数值分析-- Leslie Fox 奖、美国多重网格法铜山会议论文竞赛奖和全国优秀博士学位论文。先后主持多项国家自然科学基金项目和省部级科研基金项目。在Math. Comp.,SIAM J. Numer. Anal.,Numer. Linear Algebra Appl.和中国科学-数学等国内外期刊发表系列论文。
