报告摘要：
This work introduces a class of abstract Orlicz-Morrey spaces endowed with a ball-basis on general measure spaces and defines the associated concept of $\Psi$-bounded oscillation operators. Within this framework, we establish pointwise estimates and norm inequalities for these operators via sparse domination techniques. As applications, we verify that this class of $\Psi$-bounded oscillation operators includes maximal operators and Carleson-type operators on general measure spaces.
报告人简介：
周疆，男，汉族，四川安岳人，1992年参加工作，新疆大学二级教授，博士生导师。2011年10月获湖南大学理学博士研究生学位。曾获（或曾任）新疆大学教学名师、新疆数学会理事、MathReview特约评论员，现任中国数学会数学教育分会常务理事。近年来主要从事调和分析及偏微分方程理论研究，曾主持三项省部级教学教改（或课程建设）项目，先后主持国家自然科学基金4项、自治区自然科学基金1项。已在国际知名期刊发表学术期刊SCI论文80余篇，其中多篇SCI论文被国际知名学者（陆善镇、Sawano等）在学术专著中引用，先后获自治区自然科学进步奖二等奖（排名第一、排名第二各一次）。
